Guidelines for Marketplace

Before you Post . . .

If you have a question regarding the rules or there is anything that is unclear, you can contact us. Please also read the rules and guidelines for tpsg. Community which shall also apply to the Marketplace.

Please use safe practices while buying, selling or trading items on the Marketplace. tpsg. Publishing provides a forum to post, interact and participate in selling, buying or trading activities and is not responsible for any scams and/or fraud that may result. We do require users to register before they can use the forums and will entertain complaints/issues related to scams to then investigate and block/report perpetrators if deemed necessary.

Repeatedly breaking these rules or trying to circumvent certain requirements will get your threads deleted and could result in a ban from the website.

 

Topic replies to bring your post to the top (bumping)

Topic replies (self) are only allowed ONCE every 96 hours (4 days). If your product is SOLD, please leave a reply indicating its SOLD and we will close the topic.

Items allowed for sale in each section:

Books, Magazines, Comics, etc. :

• Pre-owned/ new books
• Pre-owned/ new magazines
• Pre-owned/ new reading/writing accessories (bookmarks, pens, etc)
• Pre-owned/ new journals and writing materials

Paintings, Art and Crafts, etc. :

• Personal art (paintings, etc.)
• Pre-owned/ new art, painting, art frames.
• Art supplies
• Crafting supplies

Other Stuff:

• Everything else

Prohibited items:

• Livestock/pets
• Firearms and ammunition
• Property
• Vehicles
• Memberships of services such as Netflix / Hulu / Amazon Prime / HBO or any other online TV / movie streaming service
• E-books and digital accounts for E-book platforms.
• Digital gift cards for any online services
• Cryptocurrency of any kind
• Illegal items/substances

Picture requirements:

Pictures are required on ALL ads, no matter what. No exceptions. Any threads without pictures will be deleted. Upload pictures of your item with your username written on a piece of paper placed next to the item.

Upload pictures that clearly show the condition of the item, along with any additional photos of the original packaging (if available) and any accessories that will be sold / included with the item.

Discussions in Marketplace Posts:

Discussions are generally discouraged under topics and it is encouraged t contact the seller directly on their provided contact information. Follow tpsg. Community rules and guidelines when interacting with other members of this forum at all times.

Post format:

Posts must follow a certain acceptable format. Just adding the name of the item in the title and posting 2 blurry photos will get your post deleted.

Mention name and details of the item clearly including condition, price, location, a contact number/email and clear photos.
